Absolutely BEST staff BEST Doctors....They fully explain everything from Diagnosis,treatment,cost,and care. As a nurse by profession, I expect and demand the same care I give to my pts to be given to pets who are oyr 4 legged family members.

Our fur baby was hospitalized here for the past 4 days. She still isn't out of the woods yet, but they no doubt saved her life. Dr. Crawford and Dr. Erika kept us updated day and night and truly were invested in our baby's health. Was it expensive? Yes...but they gave us an estimated cost before we agreed to anything and it stayed well within that estimation..so we knew what we were getting into. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done.

I called to inquire if they did lion cuts for cats. They said yes. I inquired of the cost (of the lion cut obviously) and they quoted me $40. I took in my 2 rag dolls. At checkout the bill was $200. They refused to make an adjustment although the person checking me out said let her “go and check... “ Of course there was NO adjustment. And the sad part is that the cuts are the shabbiest they have ever had in their 6 years! Be prepared the pay top dollar for inexperienced service.They showed me great pics of several lion styles. I was hurt and disappointed.
