“Staff refuses to return your repeated phone calls or messages. Caregivers, refuse to cook simple insant meals,talk constantly on the phone to boy friends, ask you for money, don't follow the plan of care, don't assistthe client with simple tasks.However, eventually you will get a competent caregiver, but they don't stay long because they are unhappy with the agency too!“
