This facility does not have what you need. If you need a nurse aid to come in and bath you forget it. If you need a wound nurse no luck. This company just isn’t equipped with everything you need. Do your homework before you choose.. we would have chosen another company had we researched it.
Avoid this home health service. The service was changing a dressing once a week and drawing blood at the same time. After about five weeks, on the day the dressing was due to be changed, the nurse texted to say the company was withdrawing care. In addition, they ordered supplies but even given specifics could never get the order correct and they required that the medical supply order be picked up at the facility.
I highly recommend this Home Health. I had a Total Knee Replacement 2 wks. ago. The Home Health Nurse and Physical Therapist came to my home the day after hospital discharge. My nurse, Ashley, was such a sweet person. Compassionate and caring.My 2 physical therapist, Jerry & Chris; were wonderful. They worked with me to gain the mobility and flexibility back in my knee.Thank you Superior Home Health! You Rock!!!
