We called Baton Rouge Air Conditioning and Heating years ago when another AC company stopped responding. They responded quickly and fixed our problem. Over the years they have maintained our original home AC system. After our home system turned 20 years old, we purchased a new total Dakin system thru them. A great deal and works really well throughout the year. We have had their twice a year maintenance plan for about 10 years. We are extremely happy with their service. Everyone we have dealt with from office staff to service persons have been very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

I can't say enough good things about BRAC&H! The service team of Darien, Brandon and Jackson were professional, courteous, and thorough. During my call to set-up the maintenance visit I shared some concerns I had about insulation and duct integrity so Jackson made the trip out to inspect those components of our system. Fortunately, we were in OK shape there, but we did need the complete service they provided our unit. These folks are the absolute best in Baton Rouge.
