“My 5 year old daughter has been struggling with letter recognition and my first thought was her eyes. She was nervous about her appointment, with not knowing what to expect. They put her at ease the moment she walked through the door! The young woman who did the initial eye tests with her was AMAZING- you can tell she has a real way with children! Dr. Hudson is also awesome with kids- he had my daughter cracking up a couple of times! He was also great at explaining to me the issues he found. When we walked out of the store, my daughter looked up at me and said, "Well that was fun!" Can you really ask for more from your daughter's eye exam!?“

“Best eye care experience I've ever had! Dr. Sharon Schaffield was incredible. She was kind, caring, and provided both eye health education and genuine conversation. It was the first eye experience I've had where I didn't feel rushed, and instead felt cared for. The receptionist staff were so friendly and welcoming too-- everyone certainly contributed to such a warm and lovely experience. Already looking forward to my appointment next year!“

“Julie and Dr. Jacob were kind enough to go through multiple contact lens samples with me much to my chagrin and were patient and kind throughout the entire process. I was happy with my experience and had my dad and both of my brothers also come in to get their prescription for their eyeglasses.

Overall they are polite and I haven't ever had problems with communication-- if a phone call fails, a text message usually will lead back to a response. Do keep in mind though that they temporarily close the office from 13:00 to 14:00 for lunch.“

“I was always happy with the service here, they took time with my daughter and actually cared, just upset I had to switch once I got better insurance. They offered flexible frames for small children which was amazing. When I started going to LensCrafters, they did not offer flex frames which ended up costing me 3-4 pairs of glasses a year.“

“Dr. Richard Tabeling has been nothing but fantastic with and for me. I like the staff too. They're all friendly there and the wait time is usually under 20 mins with several ppl waiting. I have to go every few months for hairs that grow into my eye that I cannot see without high magnification, so he painlessly removes them and from beginning to end it takes him less than 10 mins.
I'd recommend him in spite of the negative reviews. This day and age seems more ppl are overly sensitive and expect to be cradled and cared for as if they're the only ppl in the world. He does a gr8 job and what Dr or business doesn't expect payment? If it's an insurance issue take it up with your insurance company not the staff! Just saying. I'll be going to see him today in fact and always look forward to it.“
