Sam and his team at Alladin pools did a great job re-doing my pool in Cincinnati. They put in a swim platform, re did the coping and re-did the walls of the spa and of course the Gunite. Pool looks like new again!! The team were really nice and easy to have around. They worked efficiently and were done in less than a month. And the price was excellent compared to others. Chris has always been delightful and very knowledgeable about lawn care. His team people have always applied what was needed in our yard and answered any questions we might have. The technician from Black Diamond really impressed me today. He showed up with a great attitude, treated my home with respect, and talked to me like a real person — not just another job on his list. He took his time, explained everything in a calm, friendly way, and you could see he truly cared about doing things right. Watching him work, it was clear he takes pride in what he does, and that meant a lot to me.

I had my carpets cleaned yesterday and the carpets look amazing! I was getting ready to replace all the carpet because I couldn’t get them cleaned myself. My husband set up Moore’s to clean the carpets and they look new again. Highly recommend!
I have used NKY Lawn Pros to redo my landscaping when it was overgrown and needed a facelift. They did a wonderful job and were so easy to work with. My neighbor has used them for years and highly recommended them. Not only do they do landscaping, they also do snow removal. This past Winter (2024), a friend of mine had an unexpected death in her family and her driveway and sidewalks were covered in thick ice. Many people said they would help her, but no one showed up. She made a plea on Facebook to have someone come to make access to her home safe for family and friends, especially before and after the funeral. I called Dave at NKY Lawn Pros and he had a crew at her house within 2 hours. They worked really hard and made a very emotional and stressful situation better for my friend. I will be forever grateful. I moved and am ready to change out some landscaping and my first call was to NKY Lawn Pros. Thank you!
Needed to get keys copied but we already had blank keys. We tried multiple places and no one would copy a key that wasn't a "MinuteKey" kiosk self desk until I reached out to Hellmann!They were incredibly kind and got me in and out in under 5 minutes! Thank you so much for cutting our keys! Also their store is full of everything you could ever need. I no longer have a reason to go to lowes, home depot or any other store. So happy to have this in my community
R&M was very easy to work with. 3 week lead time, and our project was completed in 1 day. The crew cleaned up their mess and they were on their way once the work was completed. Very happy with our Kentucky 4 board fence and would use them again in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.
Morgan has done my hair quite a few times for years. I was her guinea pig when she was figuring everything out. She knows exactly what I want without me having to say it and always gives me amazing results! She is very realistic with me in what my hair can and cannot look like, some people aren’t and will damage your hair. You never have to worry about damaged hair with her. Every single time it’s time to get my hair done she blows my mind! She is kind, professional, and extremely supportive in whatever you choose but once again very realistic. I have an appointment on Wednesday and couldn’t be more excited! I hands down recommend this fabulous woman if you’re looking for a new stylist!

Great haircut, friendly and hospitable staff. The restrooms are very clean and tidy. I've yet to have a bad hair cut at any of the Great Clips I patronize. I travel a lot between Ohio and Kentucky and always use great clips. This haircut is a 10 0ut of 10! I've never had a haircut that was not to my liking at any location. I believe Great Clips may have tenured staff or at the very least highly skilled stylists. It's a shame I forgot the young woman's name that cut my hair. She did Awesome!
