I worked with Cole Bentley and he was amazing! He was very professional and always responded in a timely matter. He and Jeff hired great contractors and the work was done quick and the quality was great. The contractors cleaned up after each and every day of doing work at my house. The only thing I would’ve changed was that the contractors did not communicate effectively with each other, which led my backsplash to be installed a little different than I originally requested. They also did not plug in the oven or fridge after installing flooring/backsplash, which was inconvenient. If you are considering new flooring this is the place to go. The prices are much better and less than anywhere else. I was so indecisive about what I wanted and they were so patient. I got LVP in some areas and carpet in other areas of my condo.The installers for both were very professional and friendly. If I decide to do carpet in the downstairs I will definitely call Carpets Direct in Walton, Ky.
