Black diamond came out to my home to help with squirrels that were in my attic. Billy was super kind and helpful with setting the traps and checking them daily. Billy helped patch up any possible entry points for the squirrels getting into my home and I haven't heard them since!

Kandice Carson was our tech today. I started with your co about 4 months ago and have not seen any activity on the traps that were set. Kandice came today and did a very through check of my house (she is the only one who has done that). Set more traps where she saw droppings and also set 2 outside traps. I was very pleased with the service she provided.

I highly recommend this business! Very professional. Mikayla, who answered my call, went above and beyond to get me an appointment time that would work with my schedule. She was very helpful. We didn't end up needing a treatment, thankfully! (Fingers crossed) Brandon came out to inspect our house and was very thorough. He gave me a ton of valuable information and offered a lot of reassurance. His knowledge was incredible. He was very friendly and patient with my many questions.
