I highly recommend Black Diamond Pest Control. Great communication as to scheduling and knew the exact time they would arrive helping me to be productive with my time. Dustin and Adam were amazing, profession, courteous and completed a ton of work and got rid of the bats I had in my old home along with the cleanup and complete sealing of my home. Quick to respond. Tech (Dustin) knew right away on first visit I had a racoon in my attic. Set the trap and came back to take the racoon away the next day. Put a new trap up for several days to make sure there were no other raccoons. Made sure he repaired any loose areas to secure potential entrances. Awesome service! Dustin is passionate about his job. You can tell right away in conversation! Thank you Dustin!!!
Had the best experience today after a bird fell from a vent and ended up in my house. The receptionist was able to find someone already in my neighborhood. Amanda showed up shortly after and was able to locate the bird and get it out of the house. She was able to determine where the bird gained entry and had someone with the tall ladder come over to fix where the bird gained entry. Thank you so much for such a quick response. Everyone I spoke with today was very polite and knowledgeable.
