Went to get a pixie cut on Tuesday. They didn't save my information in their computer, so she had literally no idea how to cut my hair. She asked me if I used a clipper and I said yes, thinking she knew how to cut a pixie. The top of my hair looks like a hat, there's no definition, or layers, just a giant tuft of hair. She just lobbed hair off. Terrible hairstyle.
I had never been to this great clips before today. I always kinda strayed away from that franchise because of past experiences.
Went in and Brittany cleaned me up real nice. Gave me a medium-low fade and did a nice job on my beard.
Definitely recommend Brittany again. I will be back.

Im usually pretty happy with the haircuts at this location. It can get busy over the weekend so I've had little wait time on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Stylists have been pretty consistent here as well regarding turnover.
