Great Company. They installed my unit in the summer 23, it has worked great until then. It stopped working yesterday and I called them this morning. Instead of booking a service call and charge me a service fee, they walked me through a couple of steps and it's working now. They didn't try to gouge me for more money on a service call! Thanks!!!!
I want to send out a HUGE THANK YOU ? to Taylor for helping us out. A few things, scheduling the appointment was very easy, we left a message and he called us back within minutes. Taylor showed up right on time, looked at the problem (backup into basement tub) and explained what he thought the issue was. And we learned things about our house that we never knew. Within minutes of getting his camera into the line, he found the clog and then showed us exactly where in the line the clog was. He then snaked out the clog, checked the entire line through the house and out to the septic. Very efficient and all in video so we could see too.
Can a sewer issue be a pleasant experience? Taylor made it easy!

Six 3 is very professional at what they do. In my line of business, like most, time is money. My equipment is a business card and represents my company as much as I do. I take all my animals there to be neutered and for other routine and emergency visits. My animals are very well taken care at unbeatable prices. Should I move, I would travel quite a distance to make sure they continue to care for my pets.
My heating and coolant unit messed up and I had no air I called and talked to Dan and they showed up super fast and thank goodness it was fixed in the same day!! Very nice, very friendly and very reliable
