“Called on the Saturday the 4th of July to schedule an appointment for Monday. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I actually called other plumbing businesses but the other 2 places I had called weren't very friendly so because of that I called RoyalFlush as I had used them to pump my septic tank before. I didn't know they did plumbing until I saw it on the Internet. Nice people and available when you need them. Reasonable prices. They would have come that day but I really didn't want to keep anyone away from their holiday or work on Sunday. They came by Monday morning and the kitchen sink was unclogged in no time! Thanks RoyalFlush we will be using you again and will definitely refer you! I don't think the other 2 businesses realize when customers call for help that the person answering the phones are a first impression for a customer.
