“Sharon has been giving 5 star service for 30 years! When you walk in the door, she has your dry cleaning ready because she has memorized the names/numbers of all the regulars! She’s friendly, professional and just goes the extra mile for all customers, whether new or regular.
Wendy has not been there so long, but is welcoming, efficient and getting to know her has been great. She and Sharon are a team! In the realm of customer service, this store delivers!”
“These dry cleaners in Louisville are hands down the best. I’ve had countless stains on my clothes that I thought were beyond removal, but they’ve always managed to get them out. They’re a family-owned business that truly cares about its customers, and their customer service is consistently top-notch. They even offer home delivery for free! I wouldn’t trust anyone else in town to touch my Zegna, Isaia, Loro Piana, or Fedeli knits. Even Rodes uses them when necessary. In fact, they recommended them to me after a terrible experience I had at Highland Cleaners. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!”
“Excellent service, prices are a little high - but it's drycleaning, would like a bag to drop off after hours or keep shirts together. Tailors are decent and some are friendly.”
