The women associates are very polite, helpful and understanding that I am not pleased that my black dress coat continues to have lint on it after it is dry cleaned. I took my coat back to Nu-Yale on 02/12/24, and I was advised that my coat would be recleaned at no additional cost to me.

Thank you Lindsey. I lost my son in 2021 and Lindsey went out of her way to make me feel comfortable in leaving one of the most precious gifts I have left from my son ; his leather jacket. In her hands. Thank you for the care shown in seeing how important his jacket is to me.

overall this was a great experience except for when my suit pants fell off the hanger when the machine brought my clothes around. luckily there was an attendant on duty and she was kind enough to retrieve them for me. perhaps a better way.
