Gene is my contact with Plainview, and I've been a client for numerous years. I just want to say that he, and the entire team go above and beyond. I use their pickup and delivery services. They are beyond accommodating. Heck, he even brings treats for the dogs. Regarding the workmanship, the clothes are freshly cleaned, pressed, etc. I have never had an issue with alterations either. I recently had an experience with Plainview cleaners that made me realize there are still good honest, family owned, businesses that are out there.The fact that I am even on here writing a review on the internet (with help of my daughter) as a 74 This year old woman says a lot.I brought in a jacket that my daughter had bought for me a beautiful Burberry jacket, unbeknownst to me, there was leather on that jacket in various places hidden from the naked eye...my eyes anyhow.The next day I get a phone call from a number I did not recognize I answered it, there was a kind girl on the phone Grace-who stated we could not clean this jacket without guarantee that damage could...read full review
