“I visited for a UTI. I got in and out quick. The woman at the front desk was very kind and allowed me to do my urine sample immediately since I needed to go really bad. Pam was also very kind. I kind of felt as though I was bothering the NP, like she was annoyed with me. Everyone has bad days though, and it probably wasn't about me. I just didn't feel listened to.“
