I needed my entire HVAC unit replaced after storm damage. Mitchell got out here soon after and was able to give me a very reasonable quote on a brand new Carrier system. He explained everything in great detail. He installed a few days later and had everything up and running. His team was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful. I checked in online. Jennifer was able to take me as I walked in. She has cut my hair several times before however she reviewed previous notes prior to starting on my cut. I was preparing to go on vacation and wanted to look my best. She gave me a great cut and checked it twice to see if I was satisfied. I was very satisfied and thanked her before leaving.

Not a fan of going to the dentist, but going to Mortenson’s makes it a lot easier. Dr Koval is awesome and they have the best staff!!! Dental cleanings with Tracy and Brooklyn make going to the dentist a visit to see friends
Dr. Kirby is, hands down one of the most knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy pediatric dentists in Kentucky. She took excellent care of my son, and genuinely cared about my (many) questions and concerns as his mother. Our experience solidified the fact that we will trust Pediatric Dentistry of Shelbyville with our family’s dental needs moving forward. We live about an hour from the office, but would happily travel further for the peace of mind in knowing that we are in good hands. Thank you again, Dr. Kirby!

I’ve been going here to get my teeth??clean over 15 years. I continued to stay even after Dr. Fairbourn took over because he is such an intelligent, caring, and humble man. He is beyond professional. I liked that even though he sees hundreds of clients he remembers the work I do and ask me how’s it’s going or my family. He hires the best people to make sure your teeth are taking care of. Every time I walk out of the office I’m happy and I feel like my teeth are brighter. ??

Dr Stapleton and Dr Yadon are very knowledgeable and personable chiropractors. They listen thoroughly and create solid strategies for pain management and usually I go to them a couple times a year just to stay aligned. Once in awhile I might get a crick in my neck and they usually have me fully out of pain within two to three visits and give good tips to keep neck and back stretched and happy outside of the office. Highly recommend
My visit with Dr. Thompson was excellent. I learned so much about my horse and ways to make his life healthier. My horse had cellulitis and Dr. Thompson was very thorough in educating me on how he probably got it and how to prevent it. My horse is recovering very well. I can't thank Dr. Thompson enough. I recommend him to anyone who needs an equine vet.
We had to have our cat put to sleep at only 10 months old. The compassion that the vet showed during the process was absolutly wonderful. I can't remember his name but our cat was Marvin. 100% would recommend this vet to anyone.
