“We have been clients of PHAH with our boxer, Fritz, for several years now.
All in all very happy with how they take care of him.
One negative, though :
They do not leave any space in their scheduling for emergencies..It happened several times already, that I needed someone to see Fritz for emergencies, and they could not accommodate us. Granted, these were not life threatening emergencies, but required immediate attention nevertheless..
What good is the best vet, if you can't see him when you need it most ?“

“This was a 4 month check up for Daisy. It is always a stressful visit for both of us. The 2 techs that did her initial evaluation were very understanding and good with her (and me). Daisy always loves Dr. Spatola. They are very knowledgeable and caring!“

“Best in town! Always fast to respond and keep you in the loop. Their office is open over the weekends! They take excellent care of your pet! You can feel from the receptionist, techs and vets that they truly have love, care and compassion for the animals! They even have separate rooms for cats and dogs so that the furbabies, can feel more relaxed and comfortable in the office. If you want top-notch service and upscale veterinarians, this is the spot!

She listened and truly took the time to help me understand what was going on and what my options were. My baby would not be here today if it wasn’t for her! “Great experience at Heineke Vet Hospital. Our dog is extremely sensitive when it comes to his nails. All of our previous vets ignored us and ended up hurting themselves and our dog. At Heineke they listened and everything went smoothly. We will definitely go here from now on.“

She wouldn't hurt a fly even under that stress but was consistently treated like she was a danger. Anyway, with Dr. Jaax she walks in by herself, sits calmly and waits and then interacts with Dr. Jaax. She let's Dr. Jaax treat her and take vitals without hiding. I can't love on Dr. Jaax enough!“

Dr Julie and her team, with their compassion and professionalism, provided our Layla with comfort and respect during her last day with us. “Amazing!!! We have a diabetic dog who was diagnosed march 2023. In that time we've been to SIX other vets trying to get his blood sugar under control and, in the last year, seizures too. We decided to give Noah's Ark a try about 6 weeks ago. We've taken our dogs there here and there as walk ins over the years and never had a bad experience. But we're beyond impressed with the care given to our diabetic dog! Dr. Tate is the first vet to actually call US to tell us to adjust insulin because she proactively looks at his numbers- we shared the link with her. Before we were always the ones calling, begging for advice and how to adjust insulin and felt like we were inconveniencing them (at the other vet offices).
She also researched foods- which was huge for us because we couldn't find one that wasn't full of carbs AND didn't contain rosemary extract- which we realized was the cause of his seizures. He's FINALLY in the green with his numbers after all this time, weening off seizure meds, and just on a great path forward!
We also took our other dog there last week because he couldn't walk. They sent out a ton of people to try to help my 100lb boy out of our truck and took such good care of him. Thanks to Dr Liga, my 8 year old baby boy is running around like the puppy he is again!

“My senior, soul cat Rupert only visited Howell for about a year or so, but they always treated him exceptionally well, especially during his final days. He became unexpectedly ill and Howell really came through with caring for him on an emergency basis so that he didn't need to spend unnecessary time in pain or discomfort at a large scale emergency vet clinic. Dr. John was so compassionate and sweet when explaining his options and ultimately administering euthanasia to put my sweet boy to rest. I'm forever grateful to this team and am so grateful he was taken care of here. I can't recommend them enough <3“
