This was a 4 month check up for Daisy. It is always a stressful visit for both of us. The 2 techs that did her initial evaluation were very understanding and good with her (and me). Daisy always loves Dr. Spatola. They are very knowledgeable and caring!
Our guy, Shadow still has a long road to recovery but The Animal Eye Institute put together the pieces to discover he had blastomycosis. I credit them for saving his life. We are optimistic that he will get through with only losing his left eye. This deadly and mysterious disease had us stumped, but the drive to Florence was worth it to discover the Veterinarians and staff here.
The staff were so friendly, clear, and knowledgeable. The facility itself was clean and absolutely beautiful. They took care of my aggressive dog with care and patience. I highly recommend this place if you're needing an eye specialist.
