“Our first experience with Best Mechanical was a major residential project. Our house is on a concrete slab and the water lines within the concrete slab were about 18 years old and the copper tubing had started to fracture in various places all over the house under the concrete. Adam Pontrich and his crew came and inspected and upon assessment we had an excellent open discussion of the available options. Because there was no way to guarantee that there would not be future failures over time of the copper tubing in the slab The solution was to go with insulated pex waterlines in the attic above. This necessitated significant plumbing and drywall work. Their crew did an absolutely first class job on time within the quote and we couldn’t have been more impressed.

We just recently had Best Mechanical replace our gas water heater and inspect and do maintenance on our HVAC system. The HVAC tech, Mike did an excellent job and adjusted the blower speed on our unit so that the AC would do a better job of drawing out humidity while at the same time not have to run as often. We would’ve never known!
The plumbing tech, Chris did an excellent job. He is not only a first rate plumber he’s a first rate individual. Best Mechanical is blessed to have him on their team .“

“We had a bad garbage disposal in a home we just purchased. It was also backing up water. One plumber came out, said it was rusted beyond repair, wanted an insane amount of money to replace it. Time for another quote.

We called Terry Plumbing. They gave us a reasonable quote over the phone. Mr. Terry got here, used an Allen wrench, made a couple turns, pressed a reset button, and suddenly it was working. A couple of glasses of ice later, we had a perfectly functional and draining garbage disposal.

While I don't know plumbing, I do a lot about troubleshooting. I very much appreciated the knowledge and experience of plumbing he had to actually come in and troubleshoot the problem and not sell us an unnecessary repair. And I appreciated the fairness in pricing and the honesty to not do the unnecessary repair.

The insurance adjuster underestimated work needed after hail damage, stated we had wood windows which we do not and wrote smaller gutter size on report than we had.
