“5 years after Rawlings installed oak hardwood flooring in the expanded kitchen to match the rest of the 70 year old existing floors then refinishing the entire house and my floors are still beautiful. Besides master workmanship they still use oil based poly coat instead of that awful looking water based (besides being cheaper to buy and quicker to dry therefore less overall expense to the vendor ) stuff. This is the 3rd job over the last 20 years for me by Rawlings. They are the only folks I would use.“

“From start to finish working with Magnum Flooring was a breath of fresh air. We were converting a carpet living room to hardwood with the goal of matching the new hardwood to our existing hardwood elsewhere throughout the home. We got several flooring estimates and as soon as Magnum Flooring told us their recommendations/plan for our space we knew they were the team for us. The two gentlemen that own the company do all the work. They are friendly, professional, affordable, timely, and their work is beautiful. We could not be happier with our new floors and they match our preexisting hardwood perfectly!!! “Ronnie Martin contracted to rehab my sisters old hardwood floors. His Worker performed the task unsatisfactoryly . When Mr. Martin inspected the floor, he was also not satisfied and he had the floor totally redone with no question or hesitationTotally free of charge.“

“We had a great experience with Louisville Hi-Tech Flooring. We replaced the carpet in 2 of our rooms with vinyl flooring. They came to measure quickly and the flooring options were really nice. Alan was our installer and he was in and out in about 4 hours. Our new floors look fantastic.

They were mostly responsive but the one thing I think would improve their service is having a clearer contact method. We had the installation scheduled but had to reschedule at the last minute, and it took a couple weeks to nail down a new date and time. The rescheduling happened because we got stuck in Chicago after a vacation, so it was our request. The only method I knew for contact was to text Butch. If there was a better way to get this done it would’ve been handy, at least so it wasn’t all on Butch.

Otherwise we will definitely use Louisville Hi-Tech for any flooring needs in the future.“

“I contacted Conner's along with a few other companies for an estimate to remodel my bathroom. When Jamie came out he was able to give me an estimate and an approximate beginning and ending date. After some conversation with my spouse we decided to go with Conner's and we are very happy we made that choice. Not only did they finish on time but all the workers who came into my house were friendly and respectful. There was good communication from the office as to who would be coming to work and on what day. When we encountered a few problems (like the floor heating vent was right where the vanity needed to be), Conner's found a good solution. The bathroom is beautiful And well worth the price we paid. We are so glad we chose Conner's to renovate our bathroom.“
