I can't say enough good things about my experience with Highland Hardwood Flooring. First, the owner came out for the initial estimate visit and gave us a very thorough explanation of the process. We knew we wanted to use Highland just because of the professionalism he showed on that visit, but we assumed they would be much more expensive than others. Much to our surprise their quote was right in line with competitors. I just want to shout out the incredible customer service provided by Abdul. We visited the store on 3 separate occasions looking through their inventory to make a decision on LVP. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and recognized us every single time we walked into the door. He answered all our questions, provided suggestions, and went far above and beyond to ensure we received the product at our home in time for our installers.
