My Childs mother goes here. After todays incident Crystal Howlett acted very unprofessional. Refusing to give her medication and yelling at her through the halls. Lisa never answers the phone and she had to go in office to make an appointment and when brought up that they don’t answer the phones she replied snapping yes we do. But we have call logs showing otherwise. Crystal Howlett will hear from our lawyers and a report will be filed. She doesn’t have the decorum to be in the medical profession and does not treat her patients with kindness and blows away their concerns. If i could give zero stars i would. First of all i called for over 2 hours trying to make an appointment and they did not answer. They didn’t even bother to call back after i left a voicemail during regular hours. I decided to finally just walk in and when i mentioned it to lisa the receptionist she just brushed it iff. The office was completely empty so its not like they were extremely busy to not be answering phones. Then still with no one in the office i still waited over an hour to be seen. I was there because i had broken my ankle and needed something to be done about it as its been months and still hurts. I also wanted a regular check up. Been going here for 10 years, when I was a teen I started getting tonsil stones and the doctor said I was making it up (I didn’t know what they were at the time, just saw craters in my tonsils)
Multiple separate occasions over the 10 years I was told I wasn’t sick and that I’d be fine and end up in the ED a week later with a UTI, Upper Respiratory Infection, etc

Recently was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst and feel incredibly invalidated and feel like they’re just treating it as if an over exaggeration when I went to 3 different hospitals about it, and have been in contact with my OBGYN.
