Once there I was asked why didn't I do an online check-in? I told the lady at the check-in that I never received one. So, she checked to see if it was sent or not. She, at that time noticed it wasn't and gave me an office table to check-in, provided by their Lexington clinic. The staff was okay, some were friendly and some were not. People are people can't change that. It's a very clean environment. My doctor there seemed to be very professional. I really didn't get the vibes I was expecting, a friendly welcoming. To me that makes going to my doctor appointment worth it. But, that's just my opinion.

Due to my past, I had health anxiety and was SO stressed about going. The providers here are nothing short of amazing. I've had 2, one retired, and I always felt heard, listened to and like they truly care about my health. Make that appointment and give them a try.

Came here for a same day appointment and I’m super grateful they were able to get me in. I saw the APRN, Sarah, and she was wonderful! Super personable, kind, empathetic, and took her time with my concerns.

The receptionist staff were not so great. When I checked in they were very loud asking about my information, loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear. I was asked if I wanted to make a payment on a bill, and when I replied I had a payment plan the individual looked super annoyed. It was just an uncomfortable experience being checked in overall.

I would highly recommend Sarah though!
