Came here for a same day appointment and I’m super grateful they were able to get me in. I saw the APRN, Sarah, and she was wonderful! Super personable, kind, empathetic, and took her time with my concerns.
The receptionist staff were not so great. When I checked in they were very loud asking about my information, loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear. I was asked if I wanted to make a payment on a bill, and when I replied I had a payment plan the individual looked super annoyed. It was just an uncomfortable experience being checked in overall.
I would highly recommend Sarah though!
David Atkins is an awesome primary care physician. He isn't one of these Doctors that come in, give you 2 minutes of their time, don't listen to anything you say and move on. He genuinely cares for your concerns and makes sure that all questions are answered and that you understand everything. His nurse Sarah is about as nice and sweet as they come. I never leave reviews, but this one is well deserved.
