It has been easy for vets to get through to someone to get prescriptions ordered and the pharmacy calls immediately to verify the order and get it processed right away. Fast shipping which I was pleased with when I needed specific antibiotics after my horses surgery.

We used their mail order service and it was great we live on the other side of the coast the left coasthe left coast and we got it in 5 days like they said We've been shopping there for at least 10 years for our pugs needs. Best prices on everything everything beats the competition Even chewy

Pharmacy customer service was so kind, very helpful, and efficient. Many pharmacies were out of my horse's meds and I only had 2 weeks of doses left but I found Hagyard online and called to check it was in stock. The customer service rep assured me it was in stock. She checked my address and suggested ground shipping which would be delivered in probably 2 days and definitely before 5 days. She said if my vet was able to confirm Rx it would ship same day. Twenty six hours later and it was on my door step! Thank you!!!
