LAMENESS EXAM on a horse - I think this is a world class facility so giving 5 stars however, I would recommend to the lameness doctors to evaluate horses away from the main courtyard with all the activity and other horses. My horse was super excited and didn't show typical lameness until I asked her to be brought back into the arena (a more quiet atmosphere).
My horses have been stressing me out in the last 6 months but my experience with Rood and Riddle has alleviated some of that stress.
My baby horse ended up with pigeon fever and they drained the abscesses and installed drains to keep things open and oozy. Provided me with clear directions on care as well as isolation protocols.
Then my 3 yr old decided to ulcerate his eye and Dr Lam got a culture done and medication so that we could get him cleared up. Then, of course, he messed around and injured a tendon so Dr Teardo set up several appointments with us, staying on top of him and making sure he was progressing.
