Ryan arrived early today and he explained everything that was wrong with my AC unit! Unfortunately it was just too expensive to fix with all the parts that were needed! Ryan was super friendly! He threw around the idea of replacing the entire AC and heating system which we can't afford! He explained that you offered an excellent financing program and offered to have a salesman come out to at least try to run our credit! He said the new unit is around 6 or 7 grand! This is the part I find too good to be true! We shall see tomorrow! Eli was very knowledgeable and friendly, we had had our heating unit checked by 2 previous companies to no avail. Eli figured our problem out and had our unit running perfect in no time. We had NO intentions of joining the comfy club but after our experience with Eli, we were definitely sold on Fayette Heating and Air for all of our future business!!
On July 3rd, we found a robust leak from a mini-split on 3rd floor (finished attic level) of our home. Though mini-splits are not his specialty, FH&A’s Doug Hensley came over and spent at least three-hours during the afternoon before July 4th unclogging the drain pipe causing leak. He also got the mini-split functioning again. As with the installation of our new HVAC system, Doug was thorough and conscientious. Despite his great work, the mini-split still needed a thorough cleaning by a specialist.
