I was in a real pickle needing to pick up a dress for my wife on a Saturday when the store was closed and I was so thankful someone was willing to meet me. I emailed late on Friday night, got a response first thing Saturday morning, and had the dress by 11am. Really impressive customer service. Thank you!

I travel a lot for business. This was my first time in Lexington. I went to Concord Cleaners very tentatively after reading the reviews. But I was stuck; I needed same day service as I was out of clean clothes. The two people that worked there had fun personalities and the service was perfect. I dropped off right when they opened at 7:00am - they told me I could pick-up anytime after 3:00pm. I looked back as I was leaving and saw the counter lady already assessing my clothes; she had started pre-treated a small stained area on one of my shirts.
