I am a regular customer. I’ve spent almost 300-400 in the first couple months of using them. Was excited to support local business and they did a decent job. Inside does occasionally smell of smoke. But overall had good customer service until I took in suede shoes and they came back a little more ruined. The boss’ words - “Yeah 9x out of 10, stains don’t remove.” Which was not disclosed on paper or in words. I kindly asked for at least half my $ back and was dismissed. Back on the search for a new dry cleaning business - one that is honest up front and has better customer service. Sad to leave this review but hopefully this prevents someone else from wasting...read full review

It was $44.52 to get my queen size comforter washed. It came back nice and white and they even put it in a clear plastic bag with handles for me! They were very nice. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and picked it up on Thursday so it took four business days.
