My first visit there and I was so impressed. From the moment I walked in, til checkout. The receptionist was so sweet and kind and the nurse and the doctor were ABSOLUTELY wonderful. They showed concern and was very caring. Made a last impression. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great experience and will definitely be making this my go to urgent care center. I couldn’t get a walk-in appointment at the UK clinic across the road where we typically go, so I ended up at the Baptist urgent care clinic, and I’m so glad I did! All of the staff was wonderful, and Dr. Angel was an absolute gem! The wait time was a little long given that it wasn’t that crowded, but I think a lot of what was that they had to wait for my ladder to refill to get a urine sample. Lol.
Even though the wait was lengthy. We received excellent care and customer service from the front desk on! Our provider Susie P was excellent. She was thorough and knowledgeable while being incredibly personable and caring. It was reassuring and refreshing to receive great healthcare today! Keep up the good work Baptist Health Urgent Care!!
