Baptist Health Home Care has really gone downhill. Apparently they were bought out by another company and it's been one problem after another. First, I asked for a FEMALE physical therapist which they said was not a problem. A couple of weeks later, a MALE PT calls me to set up an appointment. I explained I wanted a female. So another week or so went by with no call. So I called them and said I would accept a male PT. Another couple of weeks go by and I get a call from nurse wanting to come by. Today was the first day central Baptist disappointed me. I was born at this hospital and have gone there any time I had an emergency. But today I spent 3 hours in the ER lobby and finaly just gave up and left.
