I am going into my 4th week with THE CAV Fitness - Jeffersontown and I keep thinking how sometimes we receive what we didn't know we needed. That's exactly how I feel here.
I looked around for a gym to be a little more active and I found the girl power behind THE CAV! When I talked to Dex about the benefits, he was open and honest about the steps and the mission behind THE CAV.
I signed up for Foundations to help me understand the basic movements I would expect during classes. I was in a great deal of pain afterwards, but is that my fault for not keeping up with my activity throughout the years? Yes, yes it is.
Here's where THE CAV goes above and beyond. It's about community. The coaches reach out and check up on you, help you navigate that pain and work out. I was out of town for work during one of these weeks and they sent me the sets to work on at my hotel, even asking for a video of the hotel gym to understand the equipment I had to work with. The other members ask how you're doing, encourage you and even help you through sets. It's about continuing to move among people who care.
THE CAV is exactly what I didn't know I needed.
Steve Eddington and his staff were wonderful in handling a very complicated "remote access" issue I had recently. Not only did they quickly get it resolved, but they did so with patience and made sure everything was up and running within hours of being notified of the problem. When I first had to make my insurance claim I didn't know how to go about finding the contractor. After researching numerous contractors I was put in contact with Irving and United Contracting. I'd like to say Irving when I first met him I thought who is this young man who's at my door and I will have to say I have never met a more knowledgeable professional individual in the roofing and siding industry in my entire life. Irving handled my every Insurance needs to make sure my place was fixed properly. Once again thanks to Irving and the staff at United Contracting.

This is a great place that you want your kids to go to for Tae Kwon Do!! Mr.Sugar is really a kind and professional instructor. Also All instructors is wonderful! I love this place.
This is by far the best veterinarian practice I've been to. Dr. Reinhart is so dedicated to helping animals and gives great advice on things you can do at home to better care for them. The staff is great too. Everyone is so friendly, they make you feel at home. I highly recommend this veterinarian practice.

Hensley is the best. I contacted them Tuesday to make a repair and fix an issue caused by the last roofing company I hired. I WILL ONLY LET HENSLEY ON MY PROPERTY. THEY PERFORM FIRST CLASS WORK AND DO IT RIGHT! Thank you for your assistance and wonderful work.

I go there almost every week, a good sensei who is great with kids and talks with his students to get them to understand what their doing, he does a variety of different classes like weapons, hand targets and Judo. Overall a good place with a friendly sensei.
Dr. Wearsch is one of the best chiropractors in the area and very knowledgeable about his 'craft' and how to make lives as pain-free as possible. He takes the time to really listen to your symptoms/pain issues and works hard to bring your spine back into alignment through several techniques. He will give you insight on how to keep your body free of pain by suggesting exercises, etc. when you are at home.His receptionist, Maureen, is always friendly, helpful and welcoming. She is quick to answer your questions about insurance and works hard to get you into an available time slot that is convenient for you.The atmosphere of the office is quiet, soothing and comfortable and I highly recommend them. Moving down here from Indiana, I was worried about finding a new chiropractor that I could trust, but Dr. Wearsch and Maureen put me at ease from the very beginning!
I'm so grateful to have run in to Brian at SB Home Renovations. My case was an odd one, and I was having a hard time finding the right people to help. He worked well with my structural engineer to find the best result while considering the esthetics. The crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and paid close attention to detail. Brian and Scott communicated well throughout the project and were open to my many, many questions and small changes. The quality of workmanship really shows, and my home looks amazing. A+ experience. They do sell to individuals, not just wholesale as the sign says outside. They guys that waited on me were super cool, and knew exactly what I needed. Bought a condenser fan, new fan blade, and a run cap and the total was 140.00. The last time I paid an HVAC tech, for that same repair, it cost me 500.00.Thanks guys!!

We have been coming for my three boys’ and my husband’s hair for 5 years. We have seen every barber - Alyssa, Mallory, Haley, and Kayla - and they have delivered amazing service across the board! We have felt supported and listened to for every need. They can handle wiggly kids with ease and create the perfect style for my husband and older kids. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I recommend this place to anyone. She is so sweet, professional and knows what she's doing. My friend was having a crisis with his hair after his barber messed his hair horribly. She fixed the issue in less then 30 minutes. Really talented!!

Office sales person was friendly and did not pressure. On-site rep arrived on time and completed measurements in 15 minutes. Pricing was very good. I was a little concerned they did not offer a contract for purchase/ installation. Overall, I am pleased so far.

The service provided was great, but the gentleman named Kenneth A. made the experience memorable. This gentleman was kind, honorable, and patient with me and all my issues. He is a all-star employee, and I'd break my car again just to talk with him (jk, I can't afford that ?).
