The people here are not only professional but so kind and helpful and compassionate. We had to have our baby Max put to sleep and the entire staff explained everything to us, step by step and just was there for us like they were part of our family. I can't recommend them enough and so thatnkful to have them .

On the whole, good. My cat has a very slowly resolving sinus mucus issue that mainly occurs at night, which chokes and gags her, and since they don't see it, I feel like they think I'm describing a hairball, and not taking me seriously, but I am not. This is very different.

The entire staff at the Stony Brook Banfield are phenomenal! They are prompt, welcoming, caring, and pleasant to deal with. I always know my pup is in the best hands here. We have seen Dr. Bickett twice now, and he always goes above and beyond to be sure I’m well informed of what is being dealt with, any options I may have, and I always leave feeling confident that I’m making the best decision in the care of my pet. Bonus points…my dog loves all of the staff here too!
