They went through everything—from my medical history and body composition to discussing medications, expectations, side effects, and answering every single question I had. Then I met with the doctor, who was just as kind and thorough. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and confident with my treatment plan.

One thing that completely blew my mind… they actually paid for my parking meter while I was inside! I had never experienced anything like that before. It’s the little things that show how much they truly care about their patients.

And then came the moment that really stuck with me. As we were talking, I mentioned how stressed and moody I’ve been lately. Instead of trying to sell me something, they handed me a sample of a supplement and simply said, “Try it before you buy it.” No pressure. Just genuine kindness. That speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.

I also love that they offer so much more than weight loss management, including Botox and fillers, making it a true wellness destination.

In a world where so many places make you feel like just another appointment, this office makes you feel like family. They are honest, compassionate, accommodating, knowledgeable, and never once did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me. They truly want what’s best for you.

I left feeling hopeful, cared for, and honestly excited to start this journey. That says everything.

“10/10. Had the best experience! I have microbladed eyebrows and noticed the dye expanded and got thicker near my arches. Dr. Mamari was able to sculpt away the excess dye. I went to another laser removal place in Ky who wanted to completely remove the microblading all together, which would leave scarring and no eye brows. I needed someone specialized in cosmetic laser removal. I will say- he is straight to the point. Blunt, but in a good way. The staff are so helpful and kind. I saw other complaining about the forms you fill out in the office. I think the questions on the intake form about high school/occupation are used for conversation starters...he looked at mine and talked to me about my occupation. Not a big deal, don't fill it out if you don't like it.“

I have gotten infections before at nail places so I was a little concerned. I was greeted by very friendly workers with smiles! The check-in was very easy. I was going in for a spray tan, I was getting checked in they were training a girl, she was very sweet and helping me but she got confused and needed some help. I patiently waited when a girl swooped in not realizing my needs. she explained that my account was frozen and I needed to upgrade my membership. I was so confused because I was getting a spray tan so I said “Ok.. i’m confused” and she replied with “You’re confused?!?” I was honestly giggling internally at that point because the situation was just a miscommunication but I couldn’t help but feel a little sad that she was rude. When I got to my spray tan room the towel on the ground also had someone else’s orange feet prints on it lol ?? I hope they have better day tomorrow!!“
