Overall good experience with NGM. They replaced several gutter downspouts, replaced some exterior wood trim that had rotted due to the leaky downspouts, cleaned our gutters, and replaced the lower part of a foot frame that also had some rot issues.

They provided a prompt estimate free of charge (as opposed to other companies that charge around $70-80 for someone to come out). They were prompt and professional in their email communication. I did try to call several times throughout the process for various reasons and usually had to leave a voicemail in order to get a call back and speak to someone.
