She was so helpful in giving us an overview of how to proceed, and get us booked for an appointment the very next day.We worked with Toni who helped us every step of the way in planning an absolutely beautiful service for our Mom. She knew the answer to every question we had and made everything so easy for us.I also want to mention Tess who was the one to come pick up our Mother from the nursing home. She was so wonderful and professional at a time that was very difficult for us.I can't say enough about all of the staff at Chambers and Grubbs. My sister and I are so thankful for everything they did for us and are forever grateful to them.“
