It started when Kevin came out to give us an estimate and went into great detail about how and when to re-introduce, pets, furniture, carpets etc. so the floors had time to cure properly. The workers started on the day they said they would and finished early. Ed (the owner) was hands-on the whole time and gave me updates along the way. They even worked week-ends so we could come home to finished floors. And the floors are beautiful! The stain and polyurethane are evenly applied and the floors are perfectly sanded. They had to replace a couple of boards due to damage and it looks seamless. We are so pleased! I won't work with anyone else from now on.“
