The solution was right in front of us - the Kings Custom Coating truck had been working around our neighborhood, so we finally called & then cancelled other estimate appointments we made. Ryan came out that very day to give us an estimate and we were fortunate to get a quick service date & great price. Their crew worked so hard in the heat, and stayed until dusk to finish up because they were so meticulous with not only the floor finish, but clean up. Ryan and his team were so efficient, courteous and hard working. We love how our Orbit blue floors came out - absolutely stunning. As a side benefit, our durable, gorgeous floor is great motivation to paint the drywall & keep the garage clean! We can’t even stand a leaf blowing in :). Highly recommend them!!“

“Phil and his crew did fantastic work and navigated very annoying city government bureaucracy to get this stretch of sidewalk done faster than I would expected. They got the city to remove the tree that was heaving the sidewalk and even got them to grind the stump. They were back out the day after Christmas and got this done, start to finish, in 6-7 hours. They even very nicely fixed the broken part between the stairs and the sidewalk, which I didn't expect. Any time I need concrete work, Able Ready is who I will be calling. Oh, and did I mention his was the lowest bid that I got? Yup, I'm a happy camper.“
