Great company! Hank came out to quote repairing a hollow spot that had developed under our basement floor. He quoted a fair rough estimate to repair it, but also recommended that we are fine to just leave it alone, and will only really need to repair it if got worse, which is unlikely. That is a high level of integrity to recommend NOT doing a job when you have someone ready to write a check. Now we will be using them to repair part of our driveway and level the basketball playing area later this year. Thank you Hank!

I will never go to another vet for any of my pets. The staff here is so sweet to my dog and I trust them and their knowledge of what he needs. The vet we had today was wonderful with whiskey and was very informative.
The entire staff from the ladies at the desk to the ones handling my of are always a delight. I love how well they are with my dog. He's a chihuahua mix, so he can get nippy. The staff know exactly how to talk to him and touch him so he isn't stressed. He is now at home recovering!

Snowball is AMAZING! We used the year-round services from day one when we lived in Independence since we backed up to a field and we use the year-round in our home in Alexandria (we back up to woods from a farm). Between the two properties, they have helped with field mice, ants invasion, spiders, carpenter bees, ground infestation of hundreds of wasps and wasp building a nest in our outside ceiling fan! By having the annual contract, we can call on their help when things pop between the general sprayings! We have encountered the greatest of employees from Snowball! Our routine is on closing day for the home to have it treated that day before the furniture arrives! Very, very happy with Snowball!
