Louisville Roofing
“Louisville Roofing was the only company I received a quote that was willing to address an urgent leaks we were experiencing and move us up on their scheduled jobs. They were nothing less than professional regarding the installation of our roof taking pride making sure the job was completed correctly.
Unfortunately, the leak continued. Upon their return, it was discovered that the cause of the leak was due to a problem above the roof line. Rather than stating the leak was not covered by them, Louisville roofing was committed to making sure our home was dry. They not only addressed the cause of the leak, but repaired and replaced wet drywall on the ceiling on the inside of our home.
Our leaking roof was a major pain. I am so thankful for the commitment of Louisville Roofing Company and our decision to hire them, as I believe that the problem would still persist without their commitment to customer satisfaction.”
