Reviews
Water pipe broke under the house. Apex came out and Aaron and Mike had to crawl under the house a long way to find and fix the break. They were quick and professional. They explained what happened and why. Then explained how they fixed it. Very happy customer!
We noticed a sewer smell and some puddles of water in our crawl space and called Apex Plumbing Solutions. They were able to send someone out that very morning and diagnose the rather large problem as a blocked and broken pipe leading to the septic tank, and cast iron pipes that were leaking at every joint. Michel and Mike were professional, courteous, and explained every part of the large project. Michel was even able to devise an inventive solution to address a rusted vent pipe in the wall that saved us time and money while fixing the issue. Given the scope of the project, I feel the cost was reasonable. Michel and Mike were fantastic and kept us informed. They answered all of our questions (and I had a lot!) with understandable and thorough responses. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex Plumbing and especially Michel and Mike for any plumbing issues.
