Rachel will squeeze me in if I need an earlier peek and she’s so easy to talk to and loves seeing the pictures after the appt. “I had stem cell therapy over a year ago and I have been on oxycodone for a year and all of a sudden I cut back on pain medicine then I quit taking pain medicine altogether I don't know if it took that long for it to work but I'm not having back pain could it be the stem cell kicked in“

“Definitely expect a wait at this place for Urgent Care. We showed up right at noon, when they open, on a recent Sunday. We were in line at reception at 12:02pm and they somehow quoted me a 1.5 hour wait! However, it didn't actually take that long to be seen--probably more like 30 minutes. They had a Disney movie playing in the waiting room and plenty of seats. They even offered my son a granola bar and bottle of water when I indicated concern about it taking so long. The nurse was super efficient and kind when taking his vitals and recording his symptoms. They even brought in a popsicle to give him immediately after the strep swab (wish I could get that at my doctor!) The doctor came in probably about 15-20 minutes later and was able to give us a diagnosis that made sense, pretty much immediately. She answered all my questions and it felt like she really cared. Overall, I would come back here with my son if we needed Urgent Care again. I'll just try to arrive right before they open next time!“

“I have been receiving treatment for a reoccurrence of Ovarian Cancer for the past 9 months after nearly 4 years cancer free. Two types of chemo were tried and failed this time...but this group of doctors never give up...they just go on to the next attempt to cure it! That is where I am now! My treatment is finally working! Elizabeth Gaitley has been there, with Dr. Jack Basil, through the whole experience. Sometimes she does the physical exam. I have asked her question after question, contacted her on My Chart numerous times... she has seen me at low times and at high times. She is always professional and always knowledgeable, but blends it with a personal care that you rarely see in any physician’s office. She calls me with test results faithfully, I think as soon as she gets them. She knows that I, personally, can deal with the results better than I can deal with the unknown. She is concerned about every problem I either have or think I have. She actually listens! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for her during this roller coaster ride of emotions! I am just grateful that she is always there, and always caring!“

“I would say this place is good. I really like the lady at the front desk. She's very nice and caring. She's always there willing to help and understands. My midwife Rebecca is very sweet. I like how she's always positive when I have my visits with her she kinda lifts my spirit a little when im feelin ill. I just wish I was able to give natural birth to my son cuz c sections really terrify me. I also wish I could have my son a lil sooner even tho hes due in a couple days these last couple days are going to be torture honestly ? I've been so miserable all I do is cry in pain ? This has been a rough pregnancy for me im completely done and cant wait to have my blessing. i trust this hospital will take care of me the best way possible“

“I haven't had my appointment yet. So I will update this review & rating afterwards a month or so from now. So far, I give 4 starts. So far service I've received has been good with 1 hiccup. The hiccup though does matter as it affects everyone who attempts to make an appointment with Tri-Heath or calling them. So far, scheduling was great. ThE rep was kind& the process went smoothly & quickly. My only complaint which does matter, is that when I was on the phone with the appointment scheduler earlier, she stated that I can call in to see if there have been any cancellations so that I can get in sooner and she said that I can call between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m...So, I did exactly that today at approx 5:20 pm. I called again and again and the answering service picked up those times indicating that their offices are closed and to call back in on the next business day. So of course I look online and clicked on the part where it displayed information such as a phone number to call for scheduling for the department that I needed to schedule with. The hours there on the site are not only different than what the lady had told me earlier on the phone, but the hours actually indicate that they are open later than 5:30 p.m. for making appointments! So, it would be good for Tri-Health to make if you changes that will accurately display their hours. Because patience could be waiting all day thinking that when they get off work, that they will have enough time to call in, just to find out that in fact that they do not have enough time and should have called earlier! I personally waited to call in until 5:20 p.m. because the representative told me although I can call in at different times throughout the day, that sometimes it's also better to wait until close to closing time or vice versa same thing in the morning time, as people tend to often call in their cancellations more so more towards the end of the day or the beginning of the day. SO, had I been given the right time I would have done exactly that and could have possibly snagged an earlier date. TriHealth does need to make a few updates. Number one, they do need to update their website to accurately show the correct hours of operation because as of now it's showing but they're open at later times than what they actually are to make appointments. Also, when you do a Google search and type in TriHealth " Anderson, or Eastgate, or whatever location it is that you are searching for, and a miss instance it was Anderson, it's showing the incorrect time there as well!Like so many others, I too tend to get a little bit perturbed by businesses ,although far few in between, that list certain hours of operations but then have staff that intentionally turn off the phone lines 10 minutes or 15 minutes or even 20 minutes or so ahead of closing time. What is the point during the times you have listed?I will update after my appointment.“

“I went into Anderson Mercy ER feeling very ill. I waited less than 10 minutes in the ER waiting room before I saw the first nurse. Throughout my stay, I saw several medical personnel who were all very pleasant & attentive to my needs.“

“Place was clean and the staff was friendly. This clinic has an dental, primary care and OBGYN office. Also an on-site pharmacy. I had a dental appointment. They do not do root canals or emergency dental work. They have one dental hygienist and another doctor that comes twice a week to do all of the other tooth repairs. So scheduling is so far out.“
