Normally I have no complaints but today 8/29/2022 we been here since 9:30 it's 11:00 we still haven't been seen. .Next time urgent care it is this is ridiculous...Update they made up with a quick 20 min visit and sent us home with a home covid test ..Thank you PCC for caring and trying to keep your clients happy it means alot

Move fast for scheduled appointments and walk ins. The nurses know how to comfort children and when shots are due they are very gentle. The Drs are nonjudgmental and kind. warm inviting waiting room and patient rooms. I made them the children's primary care!

I have trusted the health care of my 2 now adult Children ? from birth to ages 21. From pediatric to teen health and they have never stirred me in a wrong direction. Or let me down when it came to trust, honesty and worth. Did they always meet my personal needs and expectations for my self absorb attitude at times in my life. No they did not, however they always had my Children’s and granddaughter best interest in mind and it always came first.I have been raising my granddaughter 9 years now and same for her. I have her at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital PPC. They are thorough and up front with their expectations of me as her care giver while active in her health care.
