“I was T-boned by a truck a few months back and I was a mess. I remember being at PT and all of a sudden getting so dizzy and nauseous a day or two later and I couldn’t drive. Nowhere would see me because of the car accident component of things. After calling several places, I found the injury care center and I thought they’d be open late enough for my boyfriend to get off work and take me there. However, since it was a new patient appointment, the time constraints wouldn’t have been possible. I started crying and said I couldn’t come and “never mind” (the concussion made me an emotional wreck). Lizz, the practice manager, called me and asked if she could send me an uber so I could be seen. When I arrived, I was so apologetic, and she was so kind and understanding and has been helpful every step of my recovery with the scheduling, insurance, and anything else along the way, Dr. Conrad and Dr. Gehler are wonderful as well. I am so thankful for them helping me in my recovery and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who has been injured!”
