I haven't had my appointment yet. So I will update this review & rating afterwards a month or so from now. So far, I give 4 starts. So far service I've received has been good with 1 hiccup. The hiccup though does matter as it affects everyone who attempts to make an appointment with Tri-Heath or calling them. So far, scheduling was great. ThE rep was kind& the process went smoothly & quickly. My only complaint which does matter, is that when I was on the phone with the appointment scheduler earlier, she stated that I can call in to see if there have been any cancellations so that I can get in sooner and she said that I can call between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30...read full review

Arrived at my 3 hr glucose lab appointment a day early. The receptionist and Vera in the lab fit me in anyways. I so appreciate them both for helping me out when I’m the one who messed up.
