“I had never used this cleaner before even though I live close by and have driven by a thousand times. I needed to get a suit cleaned and so I stopped in and I regret not doing it sooner. The price was good and the service was also very good. Since it was my first time I was asked to pay for the service up front but I understand that as I have also worked in customer service and I know that people don't always come back for their items. In the end I got a really good service for a very fair price. I highly recommend coming here with your dry cleaning needs. This is definitely my new dry cleaner.“

“Super impressed with this company, its associates, management (Lake Forest location), and their owner. My wife & I are new in town and an issue arose with one of my dress shirts after being cleaned. Additionally, the recent (uncharacteristically heavy) snow led to local businesses shutting down (including Highland) and dry cleaning delays.

Store management make sure the issue with my shirt was resolved at no extra charge, and the owner reached out to me personally to make sure I received my dry cleaning in time for work travel tomorrow. Excellent service! Highly recommend.“

“I was really impressed with this Highland Cleaners location. There turnaround time right after Christmas was extremely fast- my clothes were ready the next day, and they did a great job. It was also much less expensive than I was expecting. I had 2 blazers, a long wool coat, and a sweater cleaned for $50. Each blazer and the sweater were about $10 each and the coat was $20. Will definitely be using them again.“
