We had an amazing experience with Premier Heating and cooling! From the first phone call phone to the final installation, everyone was professional efficient and stress free. The technician arrived one time and explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our options before starting any work
I was having issues with my heating and a winter storm with cold temperatures was already moving in. The part I needed couldn’t be delivered so Kelly drove to get it. The tech, Mikey, was quick and thorough and really easy to work with. Premier charges much less than other HVAC companies in BG and also has really good people.
I am extremely thankful for premiere being an honest company. We had a company come to our house and check our unit and we were told something that would have cost us close to $1000.00 (in only labor) needed to be done to make our unit safe. I had a gut feeling that something didn't seem right and I wanted a second opinion. Premier came out, they were thorough and took pictures to show me and made sure our unit was completely safe for our family. They went above and beyond, to help settle my heart and mind.
