“When I called and explained my issue, John immediately made some calls and started working on the resolution. When David arrived later to do the work, he was very friendly and completely the work quickly. When there was a slight issue with the bill, they were honest and fixed it. All around great service, reasonable rates, and personally I highly value their initiative, honesty and integrity which unfortunately is not always present with contractors. I had issues with cooling both levels. Well they discovered that both units never got the proper fills of freon from the builders HVAC installer.Hurts my choice hands down, i trust them with All my HVAC needs.“

“My brother Bruce and I have a large cleaning company in Bowling Green. We have 5 apartments including several offices and a large warehouse. We are very dependent on our sewage pump set up. When it goes down we are crippled completely. Stewart Richey Services immediately sent out someone to help us. Brian and Connor worked hard to get us up and running. Brian was very knowledgeable with the type of pump unit we have and diagnosed the problem right away. It was amazing how efficient the two of them were and we are so appreciative of Stewart Richey's professionalism and customer service! They never disappoint us and they are great people to work with.
