Happy with the thoroughness to quote a difficult job, speed of the quote, and the work of installation crew. Everyone was nice. Since R&R is an approved TVA contractor, I expected them to have guidance on EnergyStar and rebates, but that was lacking. Selected them from a previous positive experience and would choose them again with more product research on my own.
The staff were very helpful, answering my many questions. There was a mix-up in which unit was delivered but they fixed it promptly and graciously. My Bryant has been working great for the 2 weeks Ive had it and it is quiet!
