“Incredible gym with 2 very convenient locations that are accessible to anyone in the Warren County area. Staff is super friendly and the gym is always clean which I always look for in a gym. Every type of equipment you could need and a variety of classes. Only gym in town with a lap pool (Russellville Rd.) which is a plus especially for those with joint and mobility issues. Sauna on the Russellville rd location is a life saver. I’m able to go in there after my workout to help my soreness. On top of all the amenities on top of good gym equipment they have a physical therapy clinic at both locations. All in all they have everything you need and at a great price.“
